Update FAQ: Add end of development entries #3435

I can assure you that you will have time to review this for the rest of this week. After that, I cannot tell for certain.

Various in-line comments made, which are mostly typos. Otherwise:

  1. Use of the term "sleep" / "hibernation" where there is no description of a "wake-up" condition
  2. Missing translation into English of the information about CovPass

I will take another look at this PR in a browser view after text corrections have been done.

"Auf regelmäßige Aktualisierungen der App soll anschließend verzichtet werden. Man kann sie aber auf dem Handy behalten, um zum Beispiel weiterhin Zugriff auf die elektronischen Impfzertifikate zu besitzen. Sollte sich die Pandemie-Situation wieder verschlechtern, könne die App zeitnah aus dem Schlafmodus "geweckt" und angepasst werden, sagte ein Ministeriumssprecher."

Regarding: "New"/"Neu" - As we introduced another section with a very specific time-sensitive topic, we wanted to emphasize this new section in our FAQ, therefore we placed this extra marker.
