This PR fixes a wrong past tense in "ramp_down_functionality" and fixes the German text in "ramp_down_tests".

This is a minor change only, if you want I can still provide screenshots for it.

What is the planned release date for CWA 3.2?

@Ein-Tim The release is not planned before mid-April, so I think it makes sense to update the wrong tense.
