Release 3.2 | Screenshots #3459

This PR adds the version 3.2 screenshot page & updates the sitemap to include the archived 3.1 screenshots page.

I noticed that the date "27th Februar, 2023" in the current https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-website/blob/master/src/data/screenshots.json for 3.1 is incorrect:

It should be "February 27, 2023".

We decided on this standard format for English language dates a while ago. Also the month "Februar" is the German spelling, not the English spelling.

Would you correct this? I can submit a PR if you want, but I am happy if you do it, since you are already working in this area for 3.2.

Thanks for the information. I've created a PR for this here and also changed this PR accordingly.
