Report Error Context if Exception Appear #17

Feature description

In case an exception appears gather information on the context, phone model, OS etc.. Build a error report from this information and offer the user the possibility to send this error to the developers. For this an internet connection is needed but this should not be a problem on smartphones in general.

Problem and motivation

This morning on my wife's phone she received the database error also some other users are getting sometimes:

I see that this error appears not very often and is hard to reproduce. What I understood it is possible to reinstall without loosing the collected contact information since this is stored in the API DB. This information would be helpful so a reinstall causes no harm and will fix the issues.

In general for such a case it could be useful to get more information on the context when this happens. Also such a functionality would be good so that you get some information what is currently going on with the app. In other words if errors appear this could be an additional channel to be informed, because only users with tech background will create github issues.

It is fair to close the issue with a comment on the similar corona-warn-app/cwa-app-android#823. However, the 823 was closed with the remark: nothing planned go via a wishlist item and it was closed. It feels like we have a circular closing pattern leaving nothing open.....

Yes, this one here will stay open. We explicitly closed the App repo issue to have only the wishlist item.

Cool. I think I made a mistake and thought this issue was also closed. Keep on the good work you are doing and do not let a few unfair media reports disturb you.
