Display more information for a positive result #340

Current Implementation

When a user is tested positive the CWA only displays "positive". Many patients ask where they can get more information like the cycle-threshold. We refer to our website where the user can get a pdf with everything on it. Screenshot positive result

Suggested Enhancement

Implement a way that the lab can submit the ct-value. These should include all 3 (or two) regions that are checked and the control values. (otherwise, the ct-value is useless) I know this is a major change in the CWA-System :cry:

@not-a-feature Do you have a reference which explains what these values mean and what the person being tested can do with the information?

The ct (cycle-threshold) - value says (simplified) how many DNA replications cycles were needed to get a positive result. [1] This gives an approximation how much virus was on the swab / in the patient.

The RKI has created a guideline [3] [4] on how to interpret the result in general and regarding the discharging of patients out of the isolation. The most important part is, that a patient can be discharged after 10 days if there is a: "positive PCR result only below a defined threshold value that allows a statement on the probability of cultivation (quantitative reference sample cell culture supernatant < 1,000,000 (10E6) copies/ml, for details see www.rki.de/covid-19-diagnostik)"

This could be very useful for patients that were tested positive, stayed for 2 weeks in isolation and are performing (e.g. for a travel/work) another PCR Test. This test may turn out positive but with ct-values that high that it doesn't really matter. Without this information, a patient can't contact his/her family doctor or the local health authority to get an explanation or even a "non-infectious certificate"
