Enhance voluntary survey with social-economic-data #465

Couldn't find any actual information, what data is collected based within the voluntary RKI survey if you are uploading a positive test - or if the survey is only triggered with a "red" warning and only collecting data about the app usage. If this is already implemented, I'll close this issue

As discussed in the press, people with low income have a higher risk of infection. We should adress this problem by collection corresponding data to develop tailored measures to protect those groups:

Current Implementation

Currently, a volutary survey is provided if you get a high risk warning. to my understanding, this survey targets only data regarding the app usage.

Suggested Enhancement

A second volutary survey is provided when you are uploading a positiv test. This survey should contain social-economic data like:

Expected Benefits

Gain knowledge about high-risk groups for infections so we could develop corresponding measure to help those groups.
