Event Registration: Warn when trying to create an event with a start date after the end date

Describe the bug

When creating an event it is possible to set an end date before the start date. The QR code can not be saved (grey save button) but the app doesn't display any kind of warning.

Steps to reproduce the issue

"Create QR Code"
Set some description, place, and typical stay
Set a start and end date with the start after the end.

Expected behaviour

Some kind of warning instead of simply disabling the save button.

Confirm same behavior under iOS. Please move to either the documentation or wishlist repo, depending on wether it's seen as a bug or as an enhancement request.
