Feature description

Tracking data: rpids Privacy data: vaccine certs, checkins, journal, tests

Seperate the resets, for privacy data and Tracking ones

Detailed Description

Create the possibility on a reset process to remain the privacy data untouched and sweep only tracking data like rpids.

Problem and motivation

If u have some data issues which could be resolved over deleting Tracking data, ur privacy ones could be preserved.
