Feature description

Add an option to the app's settings screen to only download keys when in WLAN.

Problem and motivation

I would like to emphasize the issue https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation/issues/255 that there should be an option within the settings to enable larger downloads (of keys) only when the user is connected to WLAN.

This was closed, but it has a valid point: There are several user groups with this requirement, especially when diagnosis keys will be exchanged on an international level.

Thank you for your proposal. All issues in the cwa-wishlist repository will be discussed with our contracting entities. They will decide whether they will be implemented or pursued further. As soon as we have any updates, we will let you know about the details.

Under iOS you can deactivate access to Mobile Data on app level through the iOS settings:

Go to "Einstellungen" -> "Mobilfunk" -> Scroll down to the list of apps & search for CWA -> Turn off the switch

Is there something similar under Android?
