Better search for states (fix to issue #10) #11

Search by state name with or without accents OR only with acronyms fully working!

Resume: in select component (RegionSelect.js) I created a method to return a string which contains: acronym and region name (with and without accents), so when user search for any of these strings, search matchs! =D

Thank you so much about the invite! But for now I gonna only keep watching for new issues and contributing always than possible, cause in my current routine I'm sure that never would be available in a new slack channel :P
