Looks like Github changed the path

But 16B40 is the same Build number aa current up to date one on App Store don't know why there path is so weird (i.e is marked as RC)

I think it just Xcode_16.1 instead of Xcode_16_1 (https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/macos/macos-14-Readme.md#xcode)
