gomobile bind takes 30 mins, binaries not cached #1

This is a limitation currently in gomobile https://github.com/golang/go/issues/27234#issuecomment-599675541, I've just opened this issue so someone else won't. There's nothing to do to help in this project, we have to wait for an upstream fix.
