Show a success notification while editing a medicine #8047

To Replicate:

  1. Go to a patient consultation tab
  2. Go to the Medicines tab
  3. Click on an existing medicine
  4. Click on edit
  5. Edit the form and submit

Expected Behaviour:

Show a success notification on success and an error notification on failure.
