Currently, the symptoms are not being auto-filled using the scribe along with that, other fields such as investigation, icd-11 and medicine are not being supported.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add scribe support to auto-fill symptoms, investigation , medicine and icd-11 in the log update ( Doctor Log-update)
