Road Testing #6

@corot I'd like to take it for a spin (road test) every couple of weeks.

Whenever you think you hit a small milestone, how about setting up a README with some simple instructions that I can use to take it for a drive?

Right now, it's pretty simple to make a fast test. I'll update the README.

New wave of road testing: show the use of WCF in a real scenario (turtlebot simulated on Stage using virtual sensor and getting the 2D map from WC server).

First iteration completed; see the readme for a how to.

TODO: import maps from files, as done by map_server

Ok..running! I had not started the server, and also didn't add my kobuki workspace, but it's running on my machine now....nice!

When you have your system setup again, let me know when is a good time so you can talk me through the api in the scripts you have.
