Thanks for the info. Can you use atachement from issue 20 and send me the log
file located in the folder? Do you own the file? Can you write to file(Is it
shown as read only)?

I find the same issue with Win XP 32-bit client, win-sshfs 0.0.16 and Office
2010.

Server OS: Ubuntu Lucid
SSH Server: OpenSSH_5.3p1

I have downloaded the debug.rar, replaced my installed files with the ones from
the RAR, restarted win-sshfs and reconnected to the drive. I still get the
error and do not see the log file you mention. Where should it be saved to?

I own all the relevant files on the server and the permissions are 644.

I get the error if I copy over .doc or .xls files. If I copy over .xlsx files
or .docx files, I do not get the error.

The windows event log has the following error whenever I attempt to open the
file:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Microsoft Office 14 Alerts
Event Category: None
Event ID: 300
Date: 06/09/2012

Log file should be located in folder where you extraced the archíve. By copy
over you mean like copy the file with same name from disk to sshfs drive via
explorer?

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have managed to get a logfile this time. It is attached.

Yes, by copy over I mean copy the file via explorer to the SshFS drive.

It only happens when you open the file in word/excel/pp. If you open in
OpenOffice everything works fine. Also if you copy the file locally it works in
word/excel/pp.

I just tried to save a new word document onto the share and got a MS Word
message saying "The disk is full, free up some space..." so it looks like
word/excel/pp are failing to detect the freespace of the share so assume its
full. This would also explain why they open read only.

I've got the same problem. Office 2010 files (pptx, docx, xlsx) can't open or
save to the mounted sshfs drive.
