as the title says, this PR contains

ability/pattern to pass options to the client constructor in a dynamic way
implementation of previous and next browsing for ether transfers (not completly happy, but don t have another sugestion)
added go modules support

added an alternative way of doing Next/Prev which seems more in line with the pattern you have adopted
