Can't find ros-indigo-pcl #2

The README.md says that ros-indigo-pcl is required, but I cannot find such a package. Should it say ros-indigo-pcl-conversions? Or where is ros-indigo-pcl?

Isn't that just http://pointclouds.org/downloads/linux.html, i.e. the main PCL package?

That package is called libpcl-all. So far I've installed that, and the ros-indigo-pcl-conversion. I'm gonna see if that's sufficient, but I'm still working through the catkin instructions (which also don't "just work").
