Visible region indicator position incorrect after window resize. #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load (largeish) file.
2. Embiggen editor window.
3. Note that scroll limits don't change with window. 

VS 2012.

See attached image, note default scroll bar position vs Progressive's position.

Other scrollbar extensions are not supported. ProgressiveScroll is supposed to 
hide the scrollbar and replace it, not work alongside it.

Some other extension you're using is probably doing something to the regular 
scrollbar which prevents it from being hidden by ProgressiveScroll.
