non-clean backport of https://github.com/corretto/corretto-jdk/pull/104 from corretto-jdk to corretto-17 Different java file is updated: AmazonCACertConstants instead of VerifyCACerts. That file was added by the https://github.com/corretto/corretto-20/pull/14 and is not yet ported to corretto-jdk/21.
The resulted "amazon-cacerts" is identical to corretto-21.
