Image size of 17-al2023-jdk is significantly bigger than 17-al2022-jdk #152

Describe the bug

17-al2023-jdk is significantly larger than 17-al2022-jdk (200MB vs 130MB). Is this expected?

Expected behavior

Their sizes are comparable.

We added the jmods package as part of https://github.com/corretto/corretto-docker/pull/147 so customers would be able to create custom runtimes. If you need a smaller runtime image and don't need javac you can look at the 17-al2023-headless image
