What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. intallation 
2. reboot
3. nothing hapend

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

driver is enabled. driver doesn`t report multiple fingers. the system or 
you touchpad doesn´t support multiple fingers

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

synaptics touchpad v10.2.3 and controler 5.1.2600.0  and 10.1.8 32xp  on 
win xp

Please provide any additional information below.

meidon akoya whit msi wind bios. i will tray other things
