Data followup to ThrownDevice changes #105

Set ThrowStrength values across all arms, removed most ThrowVel values from grenades and adjusted throw offsets accordingly. Added StrikerLevers to the Base.rte and Coalition.rte frag grenades.

Additionally, accounted for the changes in the Trajectory Guide and AI scripts.
