feat!: move game content modules to the dedicated `Data/` directory #144

Linked Data PR to https://github.com/cortex-command-community/Cortex-Command-Community-Project-Source/pull/437 this refactor.

Moves all official modules into a /Data directory.

Is this just a repeat of the Fris0uman's PR - #131? If so, you may wanna wait til the community contributions stuff is merged in, otherwise you'll end up with the same problem that one had.
