QoL things for pre-5 #145

@fourZK TODO list for ya for this branch

  1. You should make selfheal.lua swap back to the previously held item instead of equipping something arbitrary
  2. I'm hoping you'll deal with uzira frenzying and pie menu icons (and descriptions if you want to not have my over-the-top ones)
  3. As discussed, I think it'd be nice if uzira couldn't buy skeletons, and could only get them from. Loadouts will need to be updated accordingly.
