Describe the bug
When the converter is run Windows will give a "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk." popup message. The user has to press "More info" and then "Run anyway" to start the converter. This might scare off a few people who are wary of potential viruses from executables, so ideally this popup wouldn't appear.
Additional context
It's probably necessary to sign the executable for the popup to go away, which'd probably not be doable for free and thus not worth it. Maybe there's an easier way to get the popup to go away, though.
