The Python program'd do this by looking in the legacy_mod folder of all mods on mod.io. If the converted legacy_mod isn't identical to the converted mod on mod.io, then that newly converted legacy_mod would be uploaded as that mod's latest version on the mod.io page.
The program would:
Prompt an admin to type his secret API key in his terminal.
Show the person using the converter which mods he's about to update. This is important, because if the program had a nasty bug then thousands of mods could be posted on mod.io or something similar to that.
