Is there some way to mask a chunk of data for the purpose of defining templates, and then unmask in a final phase when assigning which spikes belong to which template ?
If there's some custom change I'd need to make, could you point me to the relevant sections in the code ?
I've been doing some optotagging, and I'm finding that light responsive units have poorer cluster separation than unresponsive units. I suspect this is because the reliable spiking following light pulses affects the clustering.I
