Guide on how to update the code #295

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. People appear to find it difficult to update the code and/or switch between versions.

Describe the solution you'd like We should have a guide called 'Updating the code' that follows on from the installation guide, which details how to set the automatic code update in the paths file, how to switch between releases in Git using the tag, how to download the source code (or at least where the releases can be found on Github), how to switch between dev and master via git, and how to undo the last pull.
