Improve digital #318

Several improvements on dealing with digital signals. The main one to allow recording of digital inputs + some cosmetic changes in the tl.LivePlot.

Looks okay to me, although I would still use an analogue channel for chrono just in case.

It did work with a digital chrono on the one rig I tested it on. But it indeed required at least a single analog input to be present so that the digital inputs could use that clock. This is an edge case though, I don't think it will be common to only acquire digital signals.
