small question. #111

The data i has a constant height, but that height has been recorded for 't' time. So my Z-axis is my time axis. might this be a problem, because in your paper about suite2p your Z-axis uses from different heights.

Suite2p runs on movies (X by Y by T). Optionally you can have multiple Z positions, but that is not required.
