5 years ago I am not sure why that would be happening. Can you try the "extended_clustering" branch? That comes with an updated GUI that we will soon merge back into the main branch,

I am getting "Error using save Cannot create 'F_S35_H2O Room A_plane1_proc.mat' because 'F:\S35\H2O Room A\13' does not exist."
This doesn't makes sense as I am not inputing the .mat file from the F:\ directory. Please help.
