contiguous scanning ROIs #185

Hi, I am currently acquiring data with a mesocope, where I am scanning a large FOV with strips of scanning. Can you tell me which setting I have to put in the ops file to make suite2p treat them as side by side columns? Currently, they are underneath each other - I have tried changing something in the dx and dy parameters but it didn't work.

look like my issue was related to this fix for some reason: https://github.com/MouseLand/suite2p/issues/815. Closing this issue.
