Time Alignment of ALF Files #57

Currently the extractor doesn't do any time alignment. This is fine if Timeline was run on the stimulus computer, otherwise the times will not be aligned. I suggest we implement the following:

  1. Flag for whether Timeline was run
  2. A function that does the alignment automatically given a 'master' clock
  3. Save the ALF files with a different name when not aligned automatically
