autocorrelograms do not match - denoised in phy? #1056

Hi, I started using kilosort + phy for my acute silicon probe recordings. I realised either the extraction of spike times is wrong (I am using loadKSdir in ExampleScript.m) or the autocorrelograms drawn in phy automatically removes the noise. Could you please help me with this?

phy doesn't do any processing before showing the correlograms so it might be that the spike time extraction is incorrect
