Could you help me to figure out what scales are used by Phy in the following views:
On the figure below you can see TraceView and TemplateView with spikes fitted with the template (in blue).
I thought that Y axis of TemplateView is channel number, but as can be seen at TraceView, traces in channel 13 are selected, whereas TemplateView shows the template somewhere around value "4". In addition, Y axis is fractional (e.g. 4.5) and has negative values. Therefore it is unlikely a channel number.
Are scales of Y axis of AmplitudeView in uV for "feature" and scaling factor for "template" views?
In CorrelogramView X axis is in ms, but is Y - average correlation coefficient or firing rate or else?
Is Y axis in FiringRateView a frequency of firing?
