GUI resets to default view #1061

Dear Cyrille,

I noticed that sometimes Phy rolls back to its default view and content of ~/.phy folder resets (all plugins removed, file phy_config.py is replaced with original one). What could be the cause of it?

System Debian 10.6 Spyking Circus 1.0.6 Phy 2.0b2.dev
