Docker Deployments and OS Versions #1179

Hello! I was curious about the status of Docker Images in the library. We're having some trouble running phy on our Linux clusters with the error message shown in the image. Environment management with the different binaires expected in the GUI is a little tricky with all the other software people use on the servers as wel.

I know we can solve this in other ways, but figured a Docker deployment would also be nice if we could do it.

Secondary question, does it matter if we install on Windows or is this a Linux only tool? Until we solve some of the Linux side stuff we could deploy a VM for people to use.

I use on Windows for work and it works fine.
