ClusterView data units #1222

Hi everyone! Im having problems to understand what means the numbers of te cluster view table, for example, i have clusters with 1000 amplitude, i don't know the units of this number, is it mv?. The depth what means? What are the units for contamPc?

@Lorena-J,

A lot of that depends on where you got the data from (Kilosort 1 vs 2 vs 2.5 vs 3; SpykingCircus; SpikeInterface). For instance Kilosort typically supplies arbitrary amplitude units. The depth is relative to the probe file you used (again this depends on the sorter used).
