Quite often when I split a cluster there is a mismatch in the assignment of the feature view and waveform view between the resulting clusters. To clarify, when I split a cluster into clusters A and B, the waveform and feature views between A and B get swapped (see example screenshot).
I have tried restarting phy and this resolves the issue for a particular case but then crops up elsewhere.
I'm not following the problem. You split and now red cluster in feature space has only a few spikes and a few waveforms. So I'm not sure what you mean?
Hello,
I'm running Phy2 and Kilosort 3 on Windows 11.
Quite often when I split a cluster there is a mismatch in the assignment of the feature view and waveform view between the resulting clusters. To clarify, when I split a cluster into clusters A and B, the waveform and feature views between A and B get swapped (see example screenshot).

Would appreciate any help in this regard.
Best regards, C.
