Remove @todo from federated nodes documentation

No other todos were removed beside the one mentioned above in the screenshot

Synced and discussed the list of todos with Tomaž. Part of them will be removed with this issue and the other will have separate issues created for them

List of found todos that weren't removed:

• src/modules/developer-guide/pages/index.adoc - use the diagram from here https://docs.cortezaproject.org/corteza-docs/2022.9/developer-guide/release-cycle/core-repos.html
• src/modules/developer-guide/pages/corteza-server/i18n.adoc - delete the two sections - Language extensions and Glossary
• src/modules/developer-guide/pages/corteza-server/federation/node-sync.adoc - remove the todo
• src/modules/end-user-guide/pages/getting-started.adoc - check if there's a ticket for redoing the end user guide. If so don't do anything, else a new one will be created - something like redo user guide
• src/modules/integrator-guide/nav.adoc - two bits, divide them into separate tickets; the first are accessing corteza examples - validate and clean up; the second one - compose config examples - cleaned up and refactored/updated (haven't been touched in quite some time)
• src/modules/integrator-guide/pages/automation/workflows/execution-lifecycle.adoc - a separate ticket; todo - written in the bottom in the note admonition (firm warning)
• src/modules/integrator-guide/pages/provisioning/index.adoc - separate ticket; write docs on defining custom provisioning
• src/modules/integrator-guide/pages/security-model/roles.adoc - new task for it; deep/example setup for a modular design for RBAC
