[Chore] Remove com.github.ben-manes.versions #318

Hi @cortinico ,

I am just working on the build.gradle.kts files and was wondering if you still use the "com.github.ben-manes.versions" plugin.

I think the functionality of this is replaced by renovate. If you are not using it, should we remove it?
