Team picture details on mobile #16

Users can't hover on mobile, so we'll need to change this to display differently or if they click it it's more viewable.

When a user clicks on a picture, a red circle and principal text shows up, like you would see on a desktop.

Yup, the sizing and placement need to be fixed.
