What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try minimizing Chromium to tray.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected behavior is that when you click the minimize button, the browser 
minimizes to the system tray. This does not happen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Minimize Chrome to tray 1.4 on Chromium 24.0.1302.0 (162708) (Windows 8).

Please provide any additional information below.
The only way to get this extension to work is to disable it then re-enable it. 
It has been like this for weeks now.

Not working in build 25 either. On my Windows 8 installation, when I minimize via right click, an invisible (no image) icon appears in the tray, but also appears on the taskbar. A left click does nothing.
