how to ignore a lot of connect line in alluvial #126

Hi thanks to develop the great tool, I want to draw the plot like below

image But i get the ugly picture lke below, image

I am wander how to ignore the line that it was not the clone sharing. i refer to the paper Single-cell BCR and transcriptome analysis after influenza infection reveals spatiotemporal dynamics of antigen-specific B cells Any advice would be appreciated, Best, hanhuihong

Hi @honghh2018, it's difficult to know without example code, and i'm not sure what you mean by "the line that it was not the clone sharing". Could you elaborate on that?

One difference i see between the plots is that the second one has black outlines around the flows; these can be turned off by setting color = "transparent", i think.

Are you also trying to remove some flows from the plot?
