Deleting branches including the remote does not actually delete the branch remotely #104

When checking the "Remove remove tracking branch ..." checkbox in the branch deletion dialog, the tracking branch is deleted locally, but the changes are not pushed to the respective remote. This means next time you fetch, the remote branches re-appear.
