Closing tabs duplicates neighbors #78

When closing a tab that has a right-hand neighbor, this neighbor is duplicated in the tab list. Instead the tab should just be removed.

Seems to be related to rendering only as it is fixed after a restart -> check whether we correctly assign keys when rendering the tab list.
