add uncertainty to home P_load (i.e. power draws for appliances/plug loads and pulls from the hot water tanks)
add uncertainty to weather forecasts and move weather forecasting to the purview of the homeowner MPC

shouldn't the solar irradiance calculations for PV use the angle of incidence formula (houses initialized with an azimuth and a zenith)?
