After pressing the start button and charging appears only a black screen, what can this be?

Tempermonkey on chrome.

I tried on firefox using tampermonkey too

Try making sure your Steam's Language setting is set to English

I have a feeling this is a duplicate to #6 so could either of you please copy the error in console when the black screen happens?
