Allow user to enter destination field. Also allow an optional picture which can optionally OCR the name of the destination.

Full CRUD of Destination list needed on top level menu

C: Enter via button on CRUD interface or via "Add destination" on the dropdown list.
R : Obvious
U : When user click the entry (or button next to entry) dialog to edit opens. Cen edit text, can add picture with/without OCR.
